Affirmative Action WOW Interactive supports and promotes Affirmative Action and Empowerment as effectively as possible. This has been achieved by developing the firm’s internal and external policy over the past few years to include: Joining hands with various education institutions and Government Training Programmes (SETA) to identify and develop Previous Disadvantaged learners and trainees.
WOW Interactive efforts included: Lecturing at PC Training and Business College Providing Internships to SETA graduates which translated in WOW Interactive employing some of the best candidates.
