The Online Strategy Workshop is designed to finalise the website strategy. WOW Interactive Online Strategy team will do the ground work for this session that will include:

Step 3: Website Implementation Spec

Based on the Online Strategy workshop, WOW Interactive Online strategy team will provide you with a brief on how to implement the online strategy into your website. This section will give the website administrators guidance on:

  • Review of main decisions taken during the Online Strategy Workshop
  • Guidance on how to write content
  • Guidance on how to impalement Search Engine Optimization  (SEO)

Step 4: Website Training

Website training will be provided to the website administrators of the website. This session will teach the website administrators the following:

  • How to access the website administrator tools – website editor
  • How to insert  modules (website functionalities)
  • How to manage your website content including how to create, edit, move or delete new pages and content – text, pictures, files
  • Everything  you need to know to manage your website yourself from anywhere in the world, 24/7

Step 5: Website Implementation Meeting

A few days after the website administrators have been trained and have implemented some content onto the website, a member of the WOW Interactive Online Marketing Strategy team will meet with all website administrators to identify any website implementation and online strategy implementation issues that might arise during the early stages of website content implementation. This step is specifically designed to identify any potential issues early on and to rectify it as early as possible in the implementation phase.

Step 6: Website Review
